  • Please provide all the information requested on the Customer Information Form, including a 15-digit IMEI number of your eye3 device

  • The IMEI number can be found on the back of your eye3 device or on the eye3 Service Job Completion Form. If the IMEI number cannot be found, please call 1000 to speak to one of our customer service representatives

  • Please email the completed Customer Information Form and the eye3 Service Job Completion Form to eform.iguard@pccw.com within 30 days of the eye3 Service installation

  • You will receive a confirmation email from i-GUARD within around 14 working days from registration

  • Around four to six weeks after your installation of eye3 Service and full payment of the first bill

  • You will receive an installation premium
    You will receive an installation premium redemption notification :
    • A redemption letter will be sent to your eye3 Service billing address

    or

    • An SMS will be sent to the mobile number you provided at the time of your application of eye3 Service
  • Please present the redemption letter or SMS at a designated Service Centre within the redemption period to collect your designated premium
