Customer must register for a NUWA account in order to use the eye AI Interactive Robot, the use of service by customer and the use of customer’s personal information by third party service provider NUWA Robotics are bound by terms of use and privacy policy of relevant services, for details please visit official website of NUWA Robotics.
    2. Includes over 2,600 from Kids A-Z, over 200 from Reading Ferris Wheel, over 100 from Bedtime Stories for Children and over 1,000 from Oxford Reading Club.
    3. Most pre-installed applications in eye3 AI Interactive Robot are provided by third party providers, and may differ from the applications pre-installed in tablet version of eye3 service. Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited reserve the right to change any pre-installed application of the eye3 Service without prior notice. To protect children from browsing inappropriate content, robot does not provide web browser for browsing and user cannot download applications on their own through Google Play.
    4. Kids A-Z is only applicable to designated eye3 Service plan and customers. Eligible eye3 Service customers can enjoy Kids A-Z during the 24-month Commitment Period for free, upon the expiry of which Kids A-Z will be automatically terminated. The Kids A-Z offered is a student version for home use only, and is provided by a third party provider, Learning A-Z, which content may be subject to change from time to time with or without prior notice. The value of Kids A-Z is in reference to the suggested retail price of Raz-Kids and Reading A-Z through online subscription by Learning A-Z. The content is available in English only. The usage of Kids A-Z in schools in Hong Kong are based on information provided by Learning A-Z.
    5. The Oxford Reading Club is only applicable to designated eye3 Service plan and customers, and is provided by a third party provider, Oxford University Press, which content may be subject to change from time to time without prior notice. Customer has to register for an Oxford Reading Club account through customer's eye3 device and enter the relevant redemption code to redeem this premium. The use of service and customer's personal data will be used by Oxford University Press are subject to the relevant terms of use and privacy policy of the relevant services. Please visit the official website of Oxford Reading Club for details. This free Oxford Reading Club service will be terminated automatically upon expiry of 12 months from the date of customer's activation of the Oxford Reading Club.
    6. Now Player Junior (including Now Player Junior App) is operated by PCCW Media Limited and certain content on Now Player Junior is provided by other third party providers subject to their terms and conditions. Content on Now Player Junior may be subject to change from time to time with or without prior notice. For details please visit: https://store.now.com/en-us/nowplayerJunior/tnc.html. Eligible eye3 Service customers can enjoy Now Player (Junior Pack) service for 12 months from the commencement of Commitment Period for free, upon the expiry of which access to such Now Player Junior service will be automatically terminated. If your eye3 Service contract is terminated for whatever reason, your access to Now Player Junior service will also be terminated simultaneously.
    7. eye Smart Communications Service (“eye3 Service”) is provided by us, Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited. eye3 Service is available only to certain areas and residential buildings and the provision of which is subject to relevant terms and conditions. For details, please visit eye website at www.hkt-eye.com. This offer is a limited time offer, customers must successfully subscribe to, install the designated eye3 Service continuously for at least 24 months (“Commitment Period”) in order to get one eye AI Interactive Robot and/or Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 10.5”LTE as loyalty gift. Customers may receive the relevant installation premium after installation of the eye3 Service, depending on which eye3 Service the Customer has subscribed to. Most pre-installed applications in eye3 Device are provided by third party providers. We reserve the right to change any pre-installed application of the eye3 Service without prior notice. If you terminate the Contract or if the Contract is terminated due to your breach of any Contract terms during the commitment period, you will be liable to pay to us (i) an Early Termination Charge for your eye3 Service; (ii) HK$5,000 or $7,900 for the eye3 Device; (iii) the total recommended retail price of the installation premium that you have received (if applicable); and (iv) an Early Termination Charge for the free Optional Service (if applicable) you have chosen; and all offers and privileges under the eye3 Service will cease immediately from the date of termination. Customer must register for a NUWA account in order to use the eye AI Interactive Robot. There are other eye3 service plans available, for details please visit www.hkt-eye.com. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this offer or its terms and conditions without any prior notice; but if it causes any material disadvantage to Customers, or if it results in an increase in the Customers’ monthly rates, customers may terminate the eye3 Service without incurring any Early Termination Charge and cancellation charge. Should any dispute arise, our decision shall be final. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
    8. Now Picks on eye service (including Watch n Learn) can only be used on eye3 devices provided by HKT Limited by downloading and installing the Now Picks on eye application. Now Picks on eye service can only be used in Hong Kong for private domestic viewing only and must not be shown or exhibited for any public or commercial purposes.
    9. Designated eye3 users may enjoy free eye fit service within the 24 or 30 month commitment period. The free eye fit service will be automatically terminated when the eye3 service commitment period ends or when the eye3 service is terminated before the commitment period ends.
    10. Residential Telephone Line Service and Deluxe Package B are included in this eye3 service (comprises of Abbreviated Dialing, Additional Abbreviated Dialing, Appointment Service, Do-Not-Disturb, Caller Display, Call Waiting I, Local Call Transfer Conference8, Block-the-Blocker, Music on Hold and Follow Me.) can be used within the eye3 service installation address only. Local Call Transfer Conference is applicable to parallel phone line only.
    11. Only available on Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 10.5” LTE tablet version of eye3 service..
    12. eye3 users may enjoy free Viu Premium Service (eye) within the 24 or 30 month commitment period. The free Viu Premium Service (eye) will be automatically terminated when the eye3 service commitment period ends or when the eye3 service is terminated before the commitment period ends.
    13. Only available on eye AI Interactive Robot.
    14. NUWA Robotics will provide the warranty service to the eye AI Interactive Robot of the owner. NUWA Robotics will provide free warranty service to the parts of the eye AI Interactive Robot for the following specified period from the commencement date of the relevant service plan (“Warranty Period”) with production of a valid job completion note: a) robot: 12 months warranty period b) battery and motor parts: 6 months warranty period
    15. eye3 Device enjoys internet service. Bandwidth specification refers to network specifications of the subscribed Services for the broadband line connected from the modem at your Premises to the first piece of network equipment or central office of the company network. Bandwidth specifications correspond to a maximum dedicated downstream bandwidth of 6Mbps (applicable to Plan Y) / 18Mbps (applicable to Plan Z) and a maximum dedicated upstream bandwidth of 640kbps. The actual speed you experience using the Services will be less than the network specifications and affected by your device, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, usage levels, international bandwidth and extraneous factors. The Wi-Fi service provided by eye3 Smart Communications Service can only be used by eye3 Device in the installation address. The use of Wi-Fi service outside the installation address is not included.
