條款及條件 Terms and Conditions
  1. 閣下須選購了含最少 12 個月承諾期的指定 eye3 智能生活通訊服務 (「eye3 服務」)，方可選購此服務。 To be eligible to subscription to this Service, you must have subscribed to designated eye3 Smart Communications Service (“eye3 Service”) with at least 12-month commitment period.
  2. 閣下需透過 eye3 裝置註冊一個 Now E 帳戶並輸入有關優惠代碼以享受此優惠。 You have to register for a Now E account through your eye3 device and enter the relevant promotional code to enjoy this Offer.
  3. Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited 會於此服務成功生效後約 7 個工作天內將兌換此服務的優惠代碼透 過短訊發送至您的 eye3 裝置 (eye3 電話號碼) 。 Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited will notify you of the promotional code for the Service within around 7 working days upon your successful subscription to the Service, via SMS to your eye3 device (eye3 Service Number).
  4. 如閣下欲終止此服務，您可以提前於最少 30 天前向本公司同事發出終止服務通知。如果您於承諾期內終止此服務 或更改您的 eye3 服務之登記客戶，則您須向本公司支付此服務的提早終止費用，費用計算方法為：承諾期月費 x 承諾期餘下月數 (請注意，任何不足一個月的期間均當作一個月計算) 或 HK$250，以較高者為準。 If you wish to terminate the Service, you may do so by giving not less than 30 days’ prior written notice to us. If before the end of your commitment period, your subscription to the Service is terminated or you transfer your subscription to the eye3 Service to another person, you are required to pay us an early termination charge, equivalent to: remaining commitment period x monthly rate (wherein any period less than one month will be regarded as one whole month for calculation purpose) or HK$250, whichever is the higher.
  5. 如果在閣下的承諾期結束之前，您終止 eye3 服務或更改 eye3 服務的登記客戶，此服務屬不可分拆的服務，因此 此服務亦將會同時於 eye3 服務終止日或登記客戶變更日 (視情況而定) 被自動終止，而您亦須繳付上述第 4 條列明 之提早終止費用。 If before the end of your commitment period, your subscription to the eye3 Service is terminated or you transfer your subscription to the eye3 Service to another person, the Service and the eye3 Service are non-severable, and the Service will be automatically terminated at the same time as the termination of your eye3 Service or the date of change of registered customer (as the case may be). You shall also be liable to pay the early termination charge referred to in Clause 4 above.
  6. 在閣下的承諾期結束時，本公司將繼續根據您現有的 eye3 服務合約按月向您提供此服務，但您需支付適時的承諾 期後月費 (僅供參考，此服務現時的承諾期後月費為 HK$39)。 At the end of your commitment period, we will continue to provide the Service to you on a month-to-month basis in accordance with your eye3 Service contract, subject to payment of the prevailing Month-to-Month Rate after the commitment period (which, for your reference only, is currently HK$39 per month).
  7. 如果在閣下不欲在承諾期完結後繼續使用此服務，客戶須於承諾期完結前最少 30 天向本公司發出終止服務通知。 如本公司收到少於 30 日終止服務通知，您須向本公司支付此服務的一個月承諾期月費，替代所需之 30 日通知。 If you do not wish to continue to subscribe to the Service after the expiry of your commitment period, please notify us at least 30 days prior to such expiry; failing which you are liable to pay one month’s charges for the Service in lieu of the required 30-day notice.   8. 此服務的所有內容僅限於香港觀看，不得作任何公開或商業用途放映或播放。 All programming accessed via the Service can only be used in Hong Kong for your private domestic viewing only and must not be shown or exhibited for any public or commercial purposes.
  9. 閣下不得也不得允許任何其他人以任何方式（直接或間接）出售、複製、再生產、分發、廣播、傳輸、再傳輸、修 改或利用此組合、此服務以及其任何內容，也不得對其可下載的軟件進行任何反向工程。 You shall not, nor permit any other person, to sell, reproduce, copy, distribute, broadcast, transmit, re-transmit, modify nor exploit the Pack or the Service, nor any content thereunder by any means, nor reverse engineer any content consisting of downloadable software.
  10. 服務質素取決於接受訊號的質素﹑互聯網的條件﹑服務儀器的速度﹑網絡的條件﹑覆蓋範圍﹑位置，所使用的設 備﹑硬件﹑軟件﹑使用程度和其他因素而定。Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited 及電訊盈科媒體有限 公司不會就此服務的任何內容之質素、性質、準確性和實用性而承擔任何責任。 Service quality depends on the quality of the signal received, internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors. Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited and PCCW Media Limited are not responsible or liable for the quality, nature, accuracy and usefulness of the content of the Service in anyway.
  11. 閣下同意遵守適用於此服務的條款及條件，包括列於您的 eye3 服務合約的條款、本條款及條件、Now E 條款及條 件(www.nowe.hk/tnc/service)。 You agree to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the Service, including those set out in your eye3 Service contract, these Terms and Conditions, Now E Terms and Conditions (www.nowe.hk/tnc/service).
  12. 有關此服務如有任何爭議，Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited 及電訊盈科媒體有限公司保留最終決定 權。 In the event of any disputes in relation to the Service, the decision of Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited and PCCW Media Limited shall be final.
